HALL, Chief Justice: Defendant Arthur Lee Isaacson was charged with aggravated burglary, a first degree felony. U.C.A., 1953, Â§ 76-6-203(1)(c). Following a non-jury trial, defendant was found guilty as charged. The trial Judge sentenced defendant for a second degree felony under the authority of U.C.A., 1953, Â§ 76-3-402(1). Defendant appeals, contending that there was insufficient evidence of his intent to commit burglary to convict him of the crime. We affirm.
